Jason Wahler slurs racists comments to cops!

Jason Wahler spewed a barrage of racist and offensive slurs during his arrest in Washington state this weekend, allegedly calling a police officer a “nig**r, fag**t, and poor f**k,” this according to the police report.According to the document, obtained by TMZ, police were called to the Waterfront Marriot to respond to a fight involving Wahler. Hotel security found Wahler wrestling on the lobby floor with an unidentified man. The police report says Wahler used his right fist to punch the unidentified man in the mouth. According to the document, Whaler then ran from the hotel, only to return a short time later.

Officer DePina, who wrote the report, says when Seattle PD arrived they found a “very intoxicated” Wahler passed out on the floor in a hallway on the third floor. When DePina tried to take Wahler into custody, the former reality star allegedly lashed out, calling the arresting officer “a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k.” According to DePina, Wahler also stated, “that he was rich and would have my ass.” Wahler, who was described as “belligerent and hostile,” allegedy threated DePina a second time, saying, “Come down to L.A. county and get your ass kicked!”

American Idol Ratings Down!

Nielsen stats show that the Tuesday performance shows are down about 10 percent compared to last season (from roughly 31 million viewers to 28). This past Wednesday night’s results episode, which saw tongue-studded shrieker Gina Glocksen get the boot, was the least watched episode of the season, according to TV Week.

But if you ask “Idol” producer Nigel Lythgoe what is causing the problem, he’ll blame Daylight Savings Time, which started three weeks earlier this year. Ratings tend to dip every year whenever the time change kicks in. “Even if we lost 50 percent of our audience, we’d still be in the top three shows in the country,” Lythgoe said at a press conference on Monday. It’s good to be king.

TMZ.com is reporting that there is a sex tape between Lauren Conrad and her ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler from the MTV’s show “The Hills”. The homemade porno video is about to be made public. The Hills star made a sex tape with former boyfriend, Jason Wahler, who has been arrested three times in the last twelve months and was recently sentenced to serve time.

According to sources Jason is trying to sell the video before he goes to jail. LC lost her mind when she found out about Jason’s plan and broke into his apartment in an attempt to find the video tape. Jason finally did give her the video but he made sure he had a copy of it.

An unnamed rep is already attempting to sell the tape and porn companies are making offers, starting at $500,000.
